Important guest details are not properly communicated to the Front Office, such as:<\/p>\n

    Special requests<\/strong> not being passed along<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Airport transfer arrangements<\/strong> not being communicated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Extra beds<\/strong> not being prepared in advance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Causes<\/strong><\/p>\n

    These issues often occur because:<\/p>\n

    • \n

      Reservation staff do not enter guest notes in the PMS (Property Management System)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      There is no clear handover process<\/strong> between the Reservation team and the Front Office<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Always record guest requests and notes in the PMS<\/strong> for every reservation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
