Key Characteristics:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Flexibility:<\/strong> It\u2019s a “placeholder.” The front office team intends to put the guest in that room, but they can still move them to a similar room if needed.<\/li>\n
  • Purpose:<\/strong> It\u2019s often used for VIPs or guests with special requests (like “high floor” or “near the elevator”) to ensure their preferences are met without losing the ability to shuffle rooms for maximum occupancy.<\/li>\n
