Written Only for Audits, Not for Action<\/h2><h2>Many SOPs are created just to satisfy brand audits or certifications. They look impressive in a binder but have little relevance to day-to-day work. Staff rarely open them because they don\u2019t feel connected to their actual duties.<\/h2><h2>b.
